SK Telecom (KRX:017670) concluded the beta testing of its AI customer service support system, powered by its proprietary Telco large language model (LLM) and large multimodal model (LMM), the telecommunications firm said in a Monday press release.
The support system is aimed to boost efficiency and improve customer service, the release said.
Shares of SK Telecom rose 1% in recent trade on Tuesday.
