Tung Lok's Restaurants' (SGX:540) 75%-owned indirect subsidiary, Club Chinois, entered into a tenancy agreement with Far East Hospitality REIT for the lease of Unit 02-18/19 at 1 Tanglin Road, Singapore, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.

Club Chinois, which operates the Tung Lok Signatures restaurants, will lease the space at the property, also known as Orchard Rendezvous Hotel, for a term of three years amounting to a total of SG$3.9 million.
