Meta Health (SGX:5DX) entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Lian Ah Lek to acquire a 55% stake in Jas Medical Screening Centre for SG$533,310.

Of the total consideration, SG$300,000 is payable in cash while 23,331,000 Meta shares will be allotted and issued to the vendor an issue price of SG$0.01 apiece, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
