Gaush Meditech's (HKG:2407) trustee purchased 477,200 shares of the company on the market between Oct. 4 and Nov. 18, for a total of HK$5.14 million, or HK$10.77 apiece, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The repurchase was made following the share award scheme adopted by the company on Aug. 28, to award eligible participants for their contributions and to incentivize them to contribute to the group.
Shares of the surgical and medical instrument manufacturing company closed over 2% lower on Tuesday.
