Omega Oil & Gas (ASX:OMA) named Milton Cooper chief commercial officer, effective February 2025, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
Milton, who has more than 30 years of experience, joins the company from Galilee Energy (ASX:GLL), the filing said.
Omega Oil & Gas shares rose 10% in midday trade Thursday.
