Regis Resources (ASX:RRL) established the underground resource of the Ben Hur deposit in Western Australia, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The conceptual target stands at 4 million to 6 million tonnes of material at 2.2 to 2.8 grams per tonne grade of gold for 300,000 to 550,000 gold-contained ounces, the filing said.

The company's shares were up more than 1% in recent Thursday trade.
