Differ Group Auto, (HKG:6878) decided to use the entire net proceeds of HK$13.6 million, instead of just a portion, from a February placement for its general working capital, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The change in the use of proceeds intends to help the company maintain a basic level of operation before the implementation of a proposed scheme of arrangement involving Differ Group Auto, the filing said.
