Nagase & Co (TYO:8012) plans to issue its 9th and 10th unsecured bonds, each valued at 10 billion yen, to redeem part of the 6th unsecured bonds and certain commercial papers, according to its filing on Friday.
These bonds are set with interest rates of 1.053% and 1.690% per annum, and will be offered publicly on Nov. 22.
The bonds, denominated at 100 million yen each, will be redeemed on Nov. 28, 2029, and Nov. 28, 2034, respectively.
These bonds carry an 'A' rating from Rating & Investment Information, and will be underwritten by major securities firms including Nomura and Daiwa.
