Autonomix Medical shares fell to their lowest point yet after the medical device company reported the pricing of a $9 million public offering.
The stock was recently down 53% to $6.31, with an intraday low of $5.85. Adjusted for an October reverse stock split, the company's January initial public offering priced at $100.
The company said Friday that the offering is comprised of 1.38 million common stock units, or pre-funded warrant units in lieu of common stock units, priced at $6.54 per common stock unit or $6.539 per pre-funded warrant unit. The units each have one share or pre-funded warrant plus one Series A warrant.
