Baotou INST Magnetic New Material (SHE:301622) priced its initial public offering at 22.36 per yuan apiece, seeking to raise up to 648.1 million yuan, according to a Thursday disclosure with the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
The Chinese magnetic device manufacturer will issue 20,722,970 shares in its offline placement and 8,260,000 shares in its online placement for a total of 28,982,970 shares.
