Capital World (SGX:1D5) subsidiary Capital City Property has received a legal claim from Saravaneshwari A/P Subramaniam for 75,353 ringgit, plus interest, related to a commercial unit in the Capital City Project, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

Saravaneshwari, who previously agreed to a settlement via a Deed of Release and received a refund in shares, now demands a cash refund instead.
