Capital World (SGX:1D5) subsidiary Capital City Property has received a legal claim from Saravaneshwari A/P Subramaniam for 75,353 ringgit, plus interest, related to a commercial unit in the Capital City Project, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
Saravaneshwari, who previously agreed to a settlement via a Deed of Release and received a refund in shares, now demands a cash refund instead.
The case will be heard on Dec. 2, with Capital City Property seeking legal advice. The company believes the claim will not affect its operations or financial position.
