CapitaLand Investment Makes Senior Hires to Drive Growth in Australia

CapitaLand Investment (SGX:9CI) has hired Angelo Scasserra as the Chief Executive Officer and Rahul Bharara as the Chief Investment Officer of CapitaLand Australia, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.

The two hires will join the company during the first half of 2025 and will manage more than AU$9 billion worth of assets in Australian.

Meanwhile, the real estate investment company has committed up to AU$1 billion to grow its funds under management in Australia.
