Supermarket chain operator Sheng Siong incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, MDL Property, in Singapore, according to a bourse disclosure on the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.

The subsidiary will be engaged in the business of property rental, warehouse management and property holding.

The subsidiary was incorporated through internal resources, according to the filing.
