Kyndryl Holdings on Thursday said its board has authorized a $300 million share-repurchase program.
The New York IT infrastructure services provider, which had nearly 232.3 million shares outstanding as of Oct. 31, sports a market capitalization topping $6.6 billion.
Kyndryl said the buyback program has no expiration date.
