Jet.AI Enters Aircraft Purchase Deal With Textron Aviation

Jet.AI (JTAI) said Friday it signed an agreement for the purchase of three Cessna Citation CJ4 Gen2 aircraft from Textron's (TXT) Textron Aviation unit.

The new jets are set to be delivered in Q2, Q3 and Q4 2026 and will join Jet.AI's fleet as part of a new CJ4 Gen2 fractional program, Jet.AI said.

The company said its fractional jet ownership offering is for clients who rely on private aviation for personal and business use.

Jet.AI shares soared more than 41% and Textron shares fell 1.1% in premarket activity Friday.
