U-Haul Holding (UHAL) said Thursday it has acquired a two-story facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota that was formerly an Extra Space Storage (EXR) business.
Financial terms weren't disclosed.
The new building is the company's 39th store in the state, U-Haul said.
