Nano Dimension (NNDM) shareholder Murchinson said Sunday that proxy advisory firm Glass Lewis recommended Nano Dimension shareholders to vote in favor of Murchinson's board nominees and reject Chief Executive Officer Yoav Stern's pay package.
Murchinson said it owns about a 7% stake in Nano Dimension.
Glass Lewis said Murchinson's nominees Ofir Baharav and Robert Pons "appear both credible, and suitably independent," to represent Nano Dimension shareholders' interests, according to the stockholder.
Nano Dimension's board election will be held at the company's Dec. 6 annual meeting.
Nano Dimension did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
Shares of Nano Dimension were up over 7% in recent Monday trading.
