China Galaxy Securities (HKG:6881) completed the issue of 4 billion yuan of short-term commercial paper on Monday, a same-day bourse filing said.
The commercial paper has a term of 274 days and a final coupon rate of 1.92%.
The brokerage and investment bank will use proceeds from the issue to supplement its working capital.
