Courage Investment's (SGX:CIN, HKG:1145) unit Courage Marine completed the disposal of the entire issued share capital of Zorina Navigation, its shareholder's loan, and the vessel Zorina to Velda Marine, a Monday bourse filing said.

The parties had entered into an agreement regarding the sale earlier this year in September.
