Ovanti (ASX:OVT) appointed executive director Daler Fayziev as executive chairman, effective immediately, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

Fayziev succeeds David Halliday, the filing said.

The fintech company's shares were up more than 4% in recent Tuesday trade.
