Bank of Communications (HKG:3328, SHA:601328) completed the issue of 30 billion yuan of total loss-absorbing capacity non-capital bonds on Wednesday, a same-day bourse filing said.

The bonds carry a 2.11% coupon rate and will fall due in four years.

The lender will use proceeds from the issue to improve its total loss-absorbing capacity.
