Shenwan Hongyuan Group (SHE:000166, HKG:6806) has renewed an agreement with substantial shareholder JIC for the mutual provision of securities and financial products, transactions, and services from Jan. 1, 2025, to Dec. 31, 2027, a Tuesday bourse filing said.
The move came about as the original agreement between the parties is due to expire Dec. 31, according to the financial services provider.
