Courage Investment's (SGX:CIN, HKG:1145) wholly owned subsidiary, Peak Prospect, completed the acquisition of Poly Odyssey Marine Corp., a company incorporated in Marshall Islands, for $15.5 million, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.

The target company's sole asset is a dry bulk Supramax vessel named Diva that can carry around 57,000 dead weight tonnes for transportation of dry bulk commodities.
