Wing Lee Development Construction Holdings (HKG:9639) unit Wing Lee Group (Holdings) agreed to acquire a property in Hong Kong from Billion Charter for nearly HK$43.4 million, a Monday bourse filing said.

Completion of the purchase of the property, which comprises a workshop premises in New Territories, Hong Kong, is expected to take place on Feb. 28, 2025.

The property will be used as the civil engineering company's office premises to accommodate more staff and cope with its business expansion.
