Three D Partners purchased 2,636,000 shares of Newborn Town (HKG:9911) from the market between Nov. 18 and Nov. 22 under a restricted share unit award scheme, a Monday bourse filing said.
The shares, which represent roughly 0.22% of the firm's issued share capital, were bought back at a little over HK$9.9 million, or HK$3.76 apiece.
Following the buyback, Three D Partners, which is authorized to buy back Newborn Town shares under the latter's award scheme, holds 56,320,069 shares of the internet marketing company.
