Renze Harvest International (HKG:1282) acquired 42.33% of the total equity interest and actual paid-up registered capital of Shantou Taisheng Technology from Shenzhen Hong Jia Xin Technology for 975.69 million yuan on Nov. 15, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Upon completion, the company holds 93.33% shares in the target company while the remaining 6.67% shares are held by Glory Sun Land Group (HKG:0299).
