Hong Kong's High Court adjourned a winding-up petition hearing against property developer Times China (HKG:1233) until Jan. 25, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The winding-up petition was filed by Hang Seng Bank at Hong Kong's High Court in connection with the company's two financial obligations, which amount to roughly US$173.2 million and HK$731.4 million.
