Lerado Financial Group (HKG:1225) appointed McMillan Woods (Hong Kong) as its auditor with effect from Friday, to hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the company, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The appointment came after Elite Partners resigned from the same position after considering its availability of internal resources.

The financial, medical products, and plastic toys company's shares were down nearly 3% in recent trade.
