Union Steel Holdings (SGX:ZB9) purchased a total of 680,000,000 issued and paid up shares in the capital of Eneco Energy (SGX:R14), according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
The shares represent 29.40% of the total shares in issue of Eneco Energy and were purchased for an aggregate purchase consideration of up to SG$7.5 million.
