Grupo Financiero Galicia (GGAL) filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission Tuesday covering the potential sale of several securities from time to time.
The prospectus covers class B ordinary shares, class B ordinary shares represented by American depositary shares and rights.
The company said it plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes.
