VerifyMe (VRME) said Tuesday its board approved an extension to the expiration date of its 2024 share repurchase authorization through Dec. 31, 2025.
The company may buy back up to $500,000 of its common shares under the program from time to time.
VerifyMe shares were up 16% in recent trading.
