Raffles Education (SGX:NR7) has utilized 2,815,000 treasury shares, valued at SG$124,986, to settle the share component of directors' fees for its non-executive directors.
The settlement pertains to the financial year ending June 30, 2024, a Tuesday Singapore bourse filing said.
Following the transaction, the number of treasury shares was reduced to 73,185,300 according to the filing.
