Shareholders of Yunnan Water Investment (HKG:6839) will meet Dec. 11 to vote on the proposed disposal of Hyflux NewSpring (Guanyun) by unit Hyflux Utility WTP for 248.1 million yuan, a Wednesday bourse filing said.
Hyflux engages mainly in the production of tap water.
