ASL Marine (SGX:A04) submitted an application to the SGX to exit the bourse's Watch-list, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The marine infrastructure company was added to the watch list in December 2019 after recording losses for its three most recently completed fiscal years.

ASL Marine was given until Dec. 4, 2024, to exit the Watch-list or risk being delisted.

Shares of the company rose over 7% in recent trading.
