0327 GMT - Centurion Corp.'s earnings growth outlook appears solid on healthy pipeline of new accommodation units, UOB Kay Hian's Adrian Loh says in a research report. The accommodation assets operator should enjoy around 16% unit-volume growth in its purpose-built workers accommodation and purpose-built student accommodation asset segments between 2H 2024 and 2H 2026, the analyst estimates. Also, the Singapore-listed company is expanding into China in the build-to-rent space, the analyst adds. The brokerage lifts its 2024-2026 EPS forecasts for the company by 2%-11%. It raises the stock's target price to S$1.11 from S$0.85 with an unchanged buy rating. Shares are 0.5% higher at S$0.965. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
