VPower Group International (HKG:1608) has extended the long stop date of an agreement for three units to dispose of certain equipment to March 31, 2025, a Thursday bourse filing said.

The move comes about as certain conditions under the contact are yet to be fulfilled, according to the electricity generation company.

The equipment comprises 343 units of mobile power generating sets and their ancillary equipment and accessories.

Sellers VPower Group, VPower Holdings, and VPower Myanmar had agreed to sell the assets to China National Technical Import & Export and CNTIC Capital (Hong Kong) in September.
