JNBY Design's (HKG:3306) subsidiary JNBY Finery agreed to acquire the entire equity interest in Hangzhou OoEli Brand Management from Huizhan Technology (Hangzhou) for 1.7 million yuan, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
JNBY Finery will also pay, through the target, 82 million yuan owed by the target to the seller, with 40 million yuan accounted as a loan from JNBY Finery to the target and the rest as a capital injection in the target.
After the completion, the target will become a subsidiary of the company.
