China Industrial Securities International Financial Group (HKG:6058) agreed to provide a guarantee in favor of Mizuho Securities (Singapore) concerning the Global Master Repurchase Agreement entered into by Mizuho and its subsidiary CISI Investment.

Under the guarantee agreement, the company will take over all the obligations of its subsidiary, and the amount of the guarantee is expected not to exceed $200 million through internal control, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
