Upstart Holdings (UPST) received a downgrade on Monday from analysts at JPMorgan to underweight with a $57 price target.

Upstart shares recently were sinking almost 13%, with more than 9.7 million shares already changing hands. The average trading volume is around 7.8 million shares per day.

Core Scientific (CORZ) on Monday disclosed plans for a $500 million private placement of convertible senior notes due 2031.

Core Scientific shares were down past 13% in afternoon trading on Monday. More than 19.4 million shares traded so far on Monday compared with a typical volume of around 10.6 million shares per day.

Stellantis (STLA) chief executive officer Carlos Tavares decided to step down more than a year before his current contract was set to expire, with the automaker planning to create an interim committee led by board chairman John Elkann to guide operations until a permanent replacement is selected during the first half of 2025.

Stellantis shares were dropping 6.6% this afternoon, with over 18.7 million shares traded so far on Monday compared with its daily average of just under 9 million shares per day.
