Mah Sing Group (KLSE:MAHSING) unit Loyal Sierra Development is acquiring freehold prime lands in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, from several vendors for 63 million ringgit, according to a Tuesday filing.
The 59.12-acre lands will be developed into a township named M Tiara 3. It will feature super-linked homes with indicative prices starting from 780,000 ringgit.
This marks the real estate developer's third lot acquisition in Mukim Pulai, following the purchase of 100.4 acres of M Tiara 2 land in April this year and the 75.7-acre M Tiara land bought in June 2023.
