Bermaz Auto (KLSE:BAUTO) unit Bermaz Capital completed the subscription of about 15% of the issued share capital of EP Manufacturing for 19.8 million ringgit.
Following the subscription, Bermaz Capital will hold an 11.54% stake in the enlarged issued share capital of EP Manufacturing, according to a Tuesday Malaysian bourse filing.
