Keppel DC REIT (SGX:AJBU) launched a preferential offering of 148.4 million new units at a market price of SG$2.03 per unit, according to a Sunday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The non-renounceable offering is on the basis of 85 new units for every 1,000 units and will close on Dec. 10.

The REIT expects to raise around SG$1.09 billion from the offering.
