Meilleure Health International Industry Group (HKG:2327) agreed to purchase two units in China with a total gross floor area of 514.54 square meters for commercial use from Suzhou Yurun Real Estate for 13.4 million yuan, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The properties include two units on the first floor of Tower 13 of Yuye Tianyi Commercial Plaza, located at t 65 Jintang Road, Zhoushi Town, Kunshan, Suzhou, Jiangsu.
