Keppel DC REIT (SGX:AJBU) was granted an approval in-principal by the SGX for the issuance of sponsor subscription units, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
In an earlier filing, the REIT had confirmed the launch of an equity fund raising exercise to raise gross proceeds of around SG$1 billion.
