V2Y Signs Joint Venture, Distribution Pact to Expand into Food Trade

V2Y Corporation (SGX:V2Y) said its subsidiary, Evertrust Distribution, signed a joint venture with Green Grapes and an exclusive distribution agreement with Shouguang Leyi Vegetable Technology Development, a China-based agricultural firm, according to a Sunday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

Under the Nov. 29 joint venture, Evertrust Distribution will trade and distribute food products, with V2Y holding a 51% stake. Evertrust Distribution also secured rights to distribute Shouguang Leyi's products, including Chinese cabbage, across Southeast Asia starting Dec. 1.
