Alcoa (ASX:AAI) completed the payment of $385 million of Alumina's outstanding debt under a revolving credit facility as part of its acquisition of the latter, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The payment, together with the cancelation of the remaining undrawn commitments, effectively ends the facility agreement, the filing said.
The company did not incur any early termination penalties or prepayment premiums in connection with the termination.
