Nam Lee Pressed Metals' (SGX:G0I) profit attributable to owners of the company surged to SG$9.7 million from SG$1.3 million a year earlier, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Friday.
Earnings per share came in at SG$0.04 compared with SG$0.0055 in the comparable period.
The company booked a revenue of SG$101.8 million, up from SG$88.5 million in the year-ago period, due to additional orders from the container business.
Shares of the metal products supplier surged nearly 13% in recent trading.
