Fang Jing has resigned from the position of Shanghai Fudan Microelectronics Group's (HKG:1385, SHA:688385) chief financial officer effective Monday, a same-day bourse filing said.

Following her resignation, Fang will continue to act as a supervisor and director of certain units and firms invested in by the company.
