Sarama Resources closed the first tranche of its AU$2 million equity placement issuing about 66.7 million Chess Depository Instruments at AU$0.03 apiece. The second tranche will consist of roughly 16.7 million free attaching unlisted options and 14 million broker options, each exercisable at AU$0.09 and expiring on Nov. 30, 2028.
Strata Minerals (ASX:SMX)
Strata Minerals engaged GEM Geophysics to conduct up to two fixed-loop electromagnetic surveys over priority gold target areas at its Penny South project in Western Australia.
Nordic Nickel (ASX:NNL)
Nordic Nickel found geochemical targets at the Pulju project area in Finland through newly acquired regional datasets covering surface exploration assay results.
Castillo Copper (ASX:CCZ)
Castillo Copper confirmed that Infinity Mining (ASX:IMI) shareholders approved the Cangai copper mine acquisition at a general meeting on Nov. 28, and a binding tenement sale agreement was executed between the companies. Infinity Mining will issue the company 40 million shares and 20 million options as consideration.
Coppermoly (ASX:COY)
Coppermoly named Quinn Lee as chairperson, effective Dec. 1.
