MSM International (SGX:5QR) has secured waivers from the SGX-ST for its proposed sale of a 21% stake in Cosmos Technology International (KLSE:COSMOS) for 21.2 million ringgit, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The waivers exempt the company from shareholder approval and the appointment of an independent valuer. The sale is expected to generate a gain of SG$10.2 million.
